Workroom is run by Loam Studios Inc., a British Columbia company. We are responsible for the personal information we hold, and we handle it under British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.

2. What we collect

Your account details, what you put into the Service, billing details, and basic technical information such as server logs. Our desktop apps check for updates and, unless you turn it off in their settings, send anonymous usage statistics. We collect only what we need for the purposes below. The Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

3. Why we collect it

To run, bill for, secure and improve the Service, and to answer you. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

4. Consent

By using the Service you consent to this policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time, but we may then be unable to provide the Service to you.

5. Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the Service, such as our payment processor, and where the law requires. Our service providers must protect it as we do.

6. Where it is stored

On servers in British Columbia, Canada. Our service providers may process it in other countries, including the United States, where local authorities may access it under local law.

7. How long we keep it

As long as your account is open, or as long as the law requires. Ask us to close your account and we will delete your personal information.

8. How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit, and limit access to the people who need it.

9. Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits to our website without cookies, on our own analytics server, and share those counts with no one.

10. Your rights

You may ask to see or correct your personal information, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 business days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
